Unit runs but only blows cold air. Thermostat schedule already checked. Term starts Monday and the gym is used for PE every period, need this fixed or safely worked around fast.

Sounds like the reversing valve is stuck in cooling mode, common on units left idle over the holidays. Cycle the system to defrost/heat manually from the board, and if it will not switch, the valve solenoid needs replacing before Monday.
